If you’re in a leadership role, every single thing you do and say impacts somebody else. Your team pays attention and so do clients. For better or worse, you’re impacting people every day. Are you aware of that power?
As the saying goes, there’s a time and a place for everything. Do you believe that? If so, can you extend it to yourself and your current situation?
Part of my coaching philosophy stems from the belief that you are where you’re supposed to be.
Throughout the years, I’ve witnessed many leaders who were not as successful as they could have been – and I saw the reason why. Largely, it was because they were scared of the people working for them. That’s right. Those in charge were afraid of those on their teams. (It’s not always the other way around!)
