I worked within a variety of high-level corporations for many years, and although I experienced success and loved the companies I worked for, I knew in my gut that I wanted to make a different type of impact on a deeper level.

My excitement and satisfaction came from working one-on-one with leaders and teams, or when I was able to work on impactful initiatives and projects with global reach. I loved being able to offer my skills to others by empowering them to find their voices and uniqueness and to realize they matter and can make a difference within their organization or life.

I want to do more than just influence behaviors – I want to become an integral part of both the leader and the organization’s processes, adding value through the knowledge and insights I’ve gained from real-world experience, using judgment in areas critical to the organization.

I founded Cerulean Consulting with those things in mind. I now focus on leadership development, coaching, team building, and organizational development and strategy.

I have more than 20 years of Human Resources strategy experience, during which I was an integral part of the organizations’ executive leadership teams to develop the mid to long-term business strategy and operational implementation by region and globally. I also worked as a business partner with global leaders in the areas of organization and leadership development, coaching, international human resources, developing women leaders, compensation and benefits strategy, international assignment management strategy, with more than 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, and I’m a Consultant and Certified Professional Coach (CPC).
